Solutions Project Funding welcomes professionals that can demonstrate an ability, professional standards and ethics, to join our team under three different scenarios
1. Referral Brokers

Solutions accepts referrals from a direct broker only, that is direct to the project with no other brokers involved, so no "Broker Chains', "Daisy Chains" etc. Assuming you are referring a project to us for funding, and that you cannot fund the project via another source, we will accept the referral after receiving our Project Submission Form, details on your fee agreement with the client, and verification that it is going to be accepted by our direct fund or lender contacts. Fee agreements that are excessive for the referral will kill the deal very quickly, and the old line, "Well I have been working on this for three years and deserve to make 5 points" is ridiculous and the lenders, ourselves included will not be interested. This program is open to professional brokers, that are realistic in their expectations, and is accepted on a project by project basis. Projects are submitted via our Submission Form, and with an NCND in place, we go direct to the borrower to fund the project. Referral Brokers do not receive access to our programs, lenders, and do not participate in lender calls and meetings. Referral brokers do not participate in our fee structure with the clients/borrowers, and are required to supply details on the fee agreement they have in place with their client.
2. SPF Loan Originators

Are brokers that occasionally refer a project to Solutions, and will be covered by an NCND and executed fee agreement with Solutions, receiving our standard referral fee as a percentage of the total fee earned. They may not have a separate fee agreement of any form, with the client under a separate commission, consulting, etc fee agreement, and they typically operate their own business with a separate identity, and use our programs when needed. They do not operate under our brand, but typically refer a large percentage of the projects they originate to our Solutions. They do not participate in lender meetings or calls, do not have direct access to our funding sources, other than our direct programs, and may advertise our programs and Solutions with prior approval of the material, post, etc.
3. SPF Direct Loan Officers

Are brokers and their employees that work in a Solutions Project Funding office or location globally, only use and market the Solutions brand, use a Solutions email address and company name exclusively, and do not operate under any other brand, logo, name, etc. They receive a higher referral fee, and may qualify for additional fees as over rides for employees in their office. They will receive leads from Solutions for their region, participate directly with our lenders and programs, receive training, be linked to our web site and marketing, use only Solutions approved programs, forms, advertising, etc. They become part of the team, and as a team member, they are expected to help build the brand, global presence, verified funding programs, and qualified projects. They will typically have a specific region where they are physically located as an exclusive territory, but can work either inside that region, or in other areas, but their ability to directly advertise into another assigned region is greatly limited.

They are in every sense, branch offices for Solutions.
